Registration of Name in veoter list

I had submitted the documents along form-6 for enrolling my name in the voter list from Matiala assembly constituency in last week of March. Till date i am not able to find my name in the voter list of delhi. If no action to be taken on the application then why is the end date for enrollment published as 03-Arp. This clearly show the lapses in the functioning of the Election commission.
