This is to inform you that we have matured 100 units of Children's Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986

under the name of my son Sahil Goyal

Name of Applicant: Renu Goyal

Old address: F-2, Ganpati Nagar, Jaipur

New Address: 85A, Shakti Nagar, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur 302015

I have submitted this unit to your Jaipur Office at Sansar Chandra Road, to Mr. Radhy Shyam, one and half month before and he assure that since all requirement are complete, hence you are expected to get back your money with a week or 10 days.

Enquiring several time, he said that it has not come from head office.

With enquiry from head office they said that we have already send the further requirement of signature attested, which was also submitted to your Jaipur Office.

Since then I am waiting, to get our refund, but nothing has come so far.

Please advise for further action at the earliest.
