Children from the slum
Public Disturbance

I am a resident of Hanuman Nagar in New Thippasandra, Bangalore. There are many children in the neighboring slums that come over and play on the streets. I was under the impression that grounds were made for children to play, but the ground in this area is not being used. Instead, children are forced to play on the streets. When asked why they don't play in the ground, the only response you get is "they don't allow us to play there". Is there any way to give these children the liberty to play in the ground without causing havoc to the residents living in the area?
