Hello this is suresh from coimbatore. we are facing a hectic time with our LPG gas agencies Chinthamani Gas Agencies (Near Park Gate, coimbatore). They are not fit to be a public service provider. These agencies not picking phone for any case. (we had a gas leak with the refill cylinder hence called agencies on working hours and they never picked any call) also they are very much delaying LPG gas refill cylinder delivery. after 50 days of booking we receive a msg that our refill will reach in 2 days, but it takes more 10 - 14 days to be delivered, (house is situated hardly 3 KM surrounding from gas agencies). Please provide me any escalating procedure to fix this issue once for all..
