EMI taken twice and refunded With wrong initial

Sir,

Kindly note that I am your customer (code: j614) since 1999 for loan for (Agrmr. No. 16860-0 dated 10-04-1999) (Agrmr. No. XSEGCH00000233252) maruti Omni. Till date I am continuing as your customer by having a personal loan. In between 10 to 04 I had three loans and they all have been cleared without any remarks. In my current personal loan on 6th Jul my installment got bounced due to unavoidable circumstances. Hence one collection agent called and came to my house on 14/07 and collected Rs 3217/- and issued a receipt having no. (1418557). after that on 16/07 an amount of Rs 3217/- has been taken again for the same payment from my Axis bank a/c under ECS facility.

After complaint they had returned the amount by post on 01-08-09 for the amount Rs.2184/- after deducting Rs 1033/- as bounce charges. But they had sent the cheque with a new initial. My full name is A. Jamal Mohamed but they had sent the cheque as A.R. Jamal Mohamed. When we deposited the cheque it got bounced due to mismatch in my name. When we spoke to the customer care they informed that in the agreement my name is mentioned like that only. At the time of the issuing the loan amount the cheque is given in the name of A. Jamal Mohamed only and it is also cleared in the axis bank a/c. But now they are saying that the account is in the name of A.R. JAMAL MOHAMED. Kindly inform us how it is changed.

Please note that 1) the EMI has been taken twice is the mistake of yours 2) the cheque is issued in the wrong name is also the mistake of yours. When we spoke to the customer care they are not even bothered to feel sorry for the mistake committed by you. And instead they are asking me to come here and there. I want to know why unnecessarily I have to roam here and there because the mistake committed by you.

Already I had suffered a loss because of the 2nd EMI clearing as I had issued another cheque to another party based on that amount which I had in my account then.

I wish to inform you that I have full faith and respect on the cholamandalam. But because of the mistakes of few employees my long association with your group has gone sour.

I request you to kindly take action and rectification on my issues.
