This is regarding the inconvenience I am facing due to the worst & worst service of Cholamandalam Health Insurance Company. I have submitted my maternity bills to cholamandalam health insurance Company Mumbai (Vashi) off. to Mr. Virendra Garg (Branch Head- Vashi). After a long follow up I received an unacceptable excuse of misplacing the bills which I had submitted. Then, again the follow up started from my side & second excuse given of endorsement of my child. After that again the long follow up started and I received a verbal commitment by Mr. Virendra Garg (Branch Head-Vashi) that the formalities are fulfilled and the check payment procedures are in progress which I will be getting in approx. 10 days. Then I waited for a long and at the end of my patience I called up to the above mentioned person and received a comment that the claim would not be passed. These whole irritating things are happening from past 7 months. This is really very worst & unprofessional thing to do. So, I think instead of passing the claim of the needful people, Cholamandalam is searching 1000 reasons not to pass the claims. So, I request you to fairly do the things, which would not affect your business badly. Kindly do the needful at earliest.
