Hi as per below this is the orginal email I sent to EMS Team.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing reagarding the above tracking no - stock that is yet to be delivered to My door in Sydney Australia.

I have purchased goods form Chong Electrical in China, who have used your shipping company EMS-ARMENIA to ship out the goods to Sydney Australia.

On Sunday 11/01 - I was advised by one of your staff members on mob no: 447045799259 (this no was provided by the seller - Chong Electrical) that I had to pay $535.00USD to the seller for them to pay your company for shipment cost.

I did ask for I could pay it directly to the shipment company and was advised no just pay to the seller.

I transferred these funds through MoneyGram on the same day being 11/1 and rang and advised the seller that the transfer has happened.

I was advised by the seller and your company that the stock will be delivered to my door by Monday 12/1. I rang your staff on the above no to check upon the delivery status yesterday and was advised I will have it yesterday.

I rang and spoke to your staff on Tuesday the 13/1/09 and was advised I would have it today 13/1/09 and I still don't have it.

I rang in the evening and was then told that I had to pay another $1500USD to get my stock. Don't know why as I have been waiting for the stock for days.

I have spoken to the seller who advised they have paid the money to your shipping company and that I needed to chase my stock with your company.

The staff member I have spoken to is not helpful and upon request to speak to a Manager I was hung up on - on more than one occassion.

As far as I am concerned as a customer I have paid my fees and would like to get my stock asap. Could someone please take ownership of this shipment and please have it sent out to me asap.

Would like the Manager of this shipping company to contact me as I am not happy with the service I have recieved so far and certainly would not be an advocate of your shipping going.

I received a response from EMS team advising me pls note below

I am really sorry you are going through all these, Firstly we have a

package associated with tracking number EE230055100CN to be deliverd to

89 NUWARRA ROAD

MOOREBANK NSW 2170

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

But the little problem we had was that the custom and shipping fee has

not been paid, the sender assures us you are to pay for the fee and

since then we have been trying to get hold of the sender and he has not

be replying.

Now i am sorry you have sent money to wrong hands because known of our

staff is accepting payments without the notice of the shipping company.

The fee of the above Tracking number is Just $860 usd i dont know where

the sender came up with $535.00USD and $1, 500.00USD.

Below are my advise for you.

1. For you to know you are talking with the real manager i have removed

and stoped your tracking number online.

I was then informed that i had to pay another $450

Dear FAIZAL NAIR

This is a Confirmation that your custom fee payments details have been

Due to the lateness we are sorry to inform you that your package will

not be delivered until either the receiver or the sender clears a

Demurrage fee of $450 USD.

Demurrage fees are the fees charged by shipping companies for customers

using the Packing Space beyond the number of allotted days in the

shipping contract. your delivery date was 03-01 and you have

exceeded 18 more days for package delivery.

Your custom fee of $480 was cleared today and Demurrage charges will

stop today since your package is now custom cleared.

you are advised to settle the Demurrage charges today or inform the

I was informed that I will have a email advising me when my stock will be delivered to me and am yet to receive this email and am yet to receive my goods. And I have been trying to get a hold of the person I was talking to. And I call him and he hangs up on me.

Could you please look into this matter and advise me when I' going to get my stock.
