The cibil system looks to be very strange since banks can easily get free by slapping unfair charges on the customer/consumer. The customer, on the other hand, if is in urgent need of loan, has no other way but to meet up with unilateral expectation of the banks.
CIBIL seem to act as a protector of unfair practices followed by these banks.
In my case ABN AMRO has reversed the overdue amount (as claimed by you) themselves & Standard Chartered has taken a good amount of money from me for reasons for which they do not have any explanation. I had no other way but to pay Standard Chartered the amount they are asking since I had the urgency to get my name removed from CIBIL list as I have been suffering from financial losses & mental agony.
Where is the protection right of customer/consumer? Can ABYBODY tell us what I do in such cases?
