Unauthorized charges for credit report

I had call ruffle a month ago and canceld this because i didn't input any information on for this and i was refunded the one dollar fee and told this would be canceld if i do not get my money back i will go top get a lawer and sue this company and turn you over to the BBB SO THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GOING TO ASK YOU TO CANCEL THIS BEFORE I HAVE TO GET REALLY REALLY NASTY WITH YOU ALLL SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND TAKE ME OFF OF THIS STUPID SITE OR LIST
