CISF IOC Barouni
PF has not been cleared

Hi,

My father was in CISF and served the force around 30 years. After his holy departure on 23rd Dec (he was on duty that time and posted in IOC Barouni Bihar), we were continually sending applications for the clearance of all his dues and PF. The department has given some amount but has not cleared all his PF money. I then filed a petition in Patna High Court against the non responsive behavior of the department. The High Court passed an order on 20.03.09 to department to clear the fund within 3 months. Now the time limit has been lapsed but still I haven't got any response from the CISF unit IOC Barouni or PF department of India.

This is 9th year of my continuous effort and wasting money in here and there but i haven't got anything.
