PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that in the year of 2004 i was the employee of Citadel Aurobindo Biotech Limited New Delhi and i left that in year of now the compeny is closed and i would like to withdraw my PF amount, sir i have the PF Account number.

Kindly suggest that how can i withdraw my PF and Salary.
