Citibank
Not receicevd card

I have not recieved the credit card from the citibank but they are sending me the bills and recovery agents are harrasing me to make the payments.they are abusing me badly.as per there information they have sent me card no 405453335624002 but i have not recieved it .i told them to show the documents in which i have recieved the card.plz take the necessary action
