I am holding an citibank suvidha account NO.5861126805.
Issue is :
My account was created in bangalore through DELL as a salaried account. I left dell on July 18 and shifted to Pune.
After that I updated my contact number and Mail address.
On 10 th Dec I come to know that my account is Blocked and due to which one of my home loan Cheque and 2 ECS payments were bounced.
When I asked for the reason why it has been blocked they told me that there was no salary has been credited to my account fom last 2 months. And they had asked me to submit the documents. That I submited it on Pune baranch office on 13th Dec and after that on 18th I received an mail saying they had misplaced my document and asking me to re-submit it again.
I asked the citibank people to tell me the Terms and condition which asked us to submit the proof of document if and when we are shifting to new place. They told me that it is not been documented any where.
It will be a great help for me if you can take some action on this. Atlest these things should be well documented and informed to the public when they were opening the account.
