Postmaster is not transfering our MIS

Restected Sir,

We have an deposited our money in post office MIS scheme in Madhya Pradesh. Address of Post office is mentioned below:

Vikram Cement, Post office -Khor, District Neemuch, (M.P)

Now we have relocated to Gurgaon (Haryana). We have requested our postmaster to transfer our MIS to Gurgaon postoffice. But he said, "you will have to contact your gurgaon postmaster for transfer". We have then contacted gurgaon postmaster to tranfer out postoffice MIS to thrie branch. He told us that it is not possible for him top trnasfer our MIS.According to him transfer should be done by our original postoffice.

Now we are frustrated, since both postmasters have told us that our postoffice MIS transfer will not be done by them. Whom should be talk now?
