I bought a new Vodafone Mumbai post paid connection on 6th January. But, after a couple of days i received a sms from citibank that there is an outstanding of rs.50, 128.00 of the Credit Card. But, i am not a Citibank customer nor do i have any credit card.

Thats not all, i also received an abusive call from the collection agency. I have reported this matter to the citibank but still no communication from them.
