Citibank has been acting unbelievable in its tactics. It does not check for payment made on its system and the collection guys land up on the doorstep before the due date to ask for payment. Not to mention the numerous phone calls to kin instead of to me. I would like to know if there is any forum where I can lodge a complaint against Citibank for this.
