Citibank
ATM cash deposit showing less in my account

Hi,

I am holding a citibnak ac num 5498990802. On 1st jun 09 I have deposited cash of 40k through ATM location: II-ramyclg bel rd itl blr. but from the citibank it got credited 39k to my account.there is a 1k less in my account.

I have given complaint against it but not yet resolved.

I got a call from the callcenter and they informed me that the deposited amount was only 39k, when it is 40k.

Can you please look into this matter immediately and get me a ve response. I dont expect the same answer that I got from the call center guys.
