Dear Sir

I am a customer of citi for quite some time now -

I own two credit cards,

I have paid and cleared my car loan

I have a personal loan nearing completion.

All through my relationship with your bank there has been no instance of any dalayed payment, defaulted payment nor any case of cheque return.

I have paid back the car loan completely and withour default / delay in payments all through.

My personal loan is now nearing completion and so far there has been no instance of delayed payment or returned cheque.

This being the case, it is very embarrassing when your reps call up my home, office, and residence at odd hours in the pretext of reminding me for payment. Whereas, formerly I was in the habit of making payments to my credit cards at least a week in advance. However a few months back this harrassment started and your callers once abused my sister-in-law at our home. From then on as a means of silent protest, I commenced paying only on the due date.

Several of my oral complaints about this harrassment to the customer care was of no avail and the harrasment continues till date unabated.

Hence I have now decided that if I do not receive a reply to this email immediately, I shall stop payments to both my credit cards, and the running PL and proceed legally. My advocate has advised me to file a complaint against your bank and its deficiency in services.

Shall furnish details of my cards, Pl, Car loan, address, phone No.s details of harrassment calls etc as soon as you reply this mail.
