Nobody knows where my debit card is

Hi,

I, Deepak Kamble, am citibank customer. My acc no is 5062319118. I lost my debit card on July 12. I called citibank on same day (12 July) and blocked my old card and put request for new card. I was told that I would get card within 4 working days i.e. July 16. I havent got my card till today, Jun 23. I called many times to Citibank call center and the reply was very disappointing. First time they gave me courier cos no and told me to talk to courier company guys. For next three times, they asked for some time for replying and I was told that I would get call from them regarding the status. But they never called. It happened many times. Two weeks after the request, they still dont know the status.

I am without the card for two weeks. I cant operate my account. I cant do online banking. What the hell is this .? Why these guys are paid for ..?

Will somebody please look into the matter.
