my credit card number is 5520 9390 7862 1009.I did not perform the journey (scheduled for 10-07). Even though i did not perform the journey, the ticket amount has been credited from my account. I have recieved 2 statements for the statement period (16-05-09 to 14-06-09) and (15-06-09 to 14-07-09) stating the 2 installment amounts Rs 366.33 each. Kindly help me refund the total amount paid into my account as i did not perform the journey. I request you to take urgent action.
