Citibank
Seize of salary account

Hi,

I have never had ECS with Citibank for my personal loan with them. I did not make the payment for my Citibank personal loan and they picked up the entire amount from my salary account.

Please let me know if that is possible. I need to know if there are any rules that prohibit banks from doing so.
