Duplicate 1000 RS notes

Sir/Madam,

I have received duplicate RS1000 notes from citibank ATM (Address: near Alok Hotel, Thane West).one of the notes is from the series 9BL (9BL 855450). I am not sure whether the rest three notes are real or fake.

Please let me know to whom should i complaint about this, can you please provide me the respective contact number on urgent basis.
