Receiving calls from CITI Bank despite closure of credit card with full and final settlement

Dear Team,

I was holding 2 credit cards 1. 4385879118359003 & 2.5546197114447000 and closed as full & final settlement with the following reference numbers 1. 200803101846796 & 2. 200803101848798, Despite that I've been receiving calls asking to make payments although the payment was done on 12-Mar-08.It is really disturbing to answer atleast once in day about the closure of the account, request to really sort out this issue at the earliest.
