Non Replacement of the Product

We had ordered a Kitchen Queen Toaster under one of the schemes offered by Citibank. The product was delivered to us on 28th May. Following are the details of the toaster:

Shipper: 547050 (AVA Merchandising)

However, we were given a defective piece. The liver of the toaster is not working. We lodged the complaint with the customer care services the same day itself. Its been a month and even after innumerable calls to their customer care services, no one from their office has bothered to come and replace the toaster. Every time we call, we are given a date when the executive will come from your office to replace the toaster. We are still waiting.
