My Ticket Has Etawa to Lucknow dated 11 September. PNR is 242-6051798 Shatabdi Express. I am in coach C9 seat 32. I am wait for the water bottle & food. But food & water bottle not reached me. The water has only the round in coach but not any query for me. After one hour i am go to the kitchen & postulate the water bottle.
I am send the complaint against the shatabdi water & railway.
This is noit fear the fare of ticket is high but service is not perfect.
