Ank not refunding my money

Subject: refund of my money back from citibank

I have my salary account with citibank pune branch, In the month of september i went to ATM of HSBC and tried to withdaw an amount of 6000/- from my account, but due to insufficient funds in the ATM machine, i got message like the "INSUFFICIENT BALANCE IN ATM SO MONEY CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN", i got the 2 slips at a time interval of 1 second, one of which indicates that transaction successful, and another one with transaction cancel.

But the amount (6000 rs) has been debited from my account, when i talked with the customer care of hsbc at that time, he told me to inquire with the citibank as they have to rollback the transaction, i talked with the customer care of citibank on the same day, he told me it will take 2 day to settle down the issue.

The money was credited to my account, but after few days citibank has again debited the amount from my account, when i approached them i was told that they had inquired with the HSBC bank and the transaction has actually taken place.

I have already sent a mail to citibank head office, but all went in vain, i went to HSBC office and tried to resolve the issue, initially they coordinated with me, but the issue was not resolved, i approaced them (HSBC) again to know the status, but this time they were rude with me.

so please help me in this regard, to get my money back
