Citi Bank Credit Card
Made cash payment but not credited in my account

I have made cash payment of Rs. 3, 000/- against my Credit Card Due to M/s. Fortune Advisory Services Team, 21/1/D, Ballygaunge Station Road, 2nd Floor, Kolkata - 700 019, the authorised Collection agent of CITI Bank N.A. vide their Collection Deposit Slip No. 345181 dated 29/10. But till day even after 6 Days the above company has not deposited the amount in Citi Bank.

When I have contacted Mr. Sudip the representative of the above company, he has behaved in a very wrong way with me, and not been able to provide me any details about where is my money, and why they have not deposited it in the bank.
