Dear Sir/Madam,
I was getting citibak credit card statements without even using it. In fact, I received the statement long after I canceled my credit card. Also, in the statement, only the amount was printed, there was no information of the usage (where I used the card). The customer care officers were also not able to tell about the usage. They are telling that the amount is due.
I would like to request you to take necessary action (s).
