Misuse of Credit Card

Hi,

This is to inform you that a guy called Daniel Rebello stole my card and misused it by swiping at an electrical shop and purchasing a Sony Viao Laptop worth Rs.49, 990. I reported the same to Police and lodged an FIR, I also raised a dispute with CITI Bank and lodged a complain. The guy is currently absconding & is in Goa. Bank is asking me to settle the amount and Police is not taking any action to catch the culprit. At the time of transaction the Bank officials did not intimate me & allowed the transaction to happen.

Please assist me solve the case. If needed I can provide necessarry documents & evidence.
