Citi Bank Credit Card
Money Lost from drop box

I went to pay my credit card bill, in a city bank ATM. There was an envelop a put the cash in that envelop. I wrote all the mentioned details on the envelop i.e. my name my credit card no. and the designation of notes i put in the envelop. Now, on top of the drop there was written for check and on other one was written credit card bills. I asked the guard, where to submit my credit card payment. He said, "In the drop box referring to the one in which it was written credit card bills. Still, my credit card bill was unpaid. I called city bank and since then they are inquiring about my issue with and assuring me that they will look into the matter. I paid the cash in the ATM on 31-Jan-09, and even till now they have not given me any details of the matter.
