A guy called vipul gupta calls me from from delhi regrding payment of credit card dues, talks in a very condescending manner, arrogant and rude, fixes his own closing dues, and makes disturbing and threatening phone calls. This issue should be dealt in a very strict manner as such an incorrigible behaviour cant be expected. Appropriate action needs to be taken. May be he is a call centre guy acting on behalf of citibank.
