This is in reference to the conversation the recovery department have had with me several time and I have informed the department about my inability to pay your charges levied on my card. I time and again stated that the good health policy which your company unilaterly charged on my card without my consent and knowledge. As usualy I have informed your office time and again that I will not pay the charges on my card. because the policy was charged without my consent. Hence I hereby request your good office to waive the charges levied on my card at the earliest otherwise I will sent the card to your office Once again I request you no to harass me for repayment. This is my last letter if the charges levied on my card is waavied I will cut and send the card to your office for the cancellation of my card. thanking you,

This refers to your E-mail dated 14th Dec stating your inability to reverse the charges levied on my Creit Card without my concent. I hereby inform you that I am not in a position to pay the charges levied on my CARD. This is to inform you that as I have not used your card till to-day I am ready to send it back to your good offices So thatr all charges can be waived. I herby request you to clear all the amounts levied on my card. Please semd me a NO DUE BILL as have not used the card for any purpose. An early and favopurable reply is anticipated. Regards.
