I purchased Honda Unicorn on 08/02/08 on loan form HDFC bank from Chembur, Mumbai. The showroom agent (HDFC bank) told me that bank interest rates are 11.5%, I was ready to pay the installment, so I signed all the documents. The bank agent didnot gave me any acknowledgement regarding the loan & the most important thing is the rate of interest is more than 35% at actual. So the conclusion is the bank agent lied about the rates of interest & I want to ytake strict action in this case.
