Citi Bank Credit Card
Harrasment pertaining to recovery of Arbitrary Outstanding Dues

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is in reference to my Credit Card Number 554619976013 3009. I have been receiving several communications, including Legal Notices and threatening calls from CitiBank’ Recovery Agency pertaining to Recovery of Outstanding Payments. To my Knowledge I have no pending dues with CitiBank and if any, they must be arbitrary in nature.

I had stopped using My credit Card from September onwards and conveyed the closure of my account during Meeting with respective Officer (Mr. Sunil Verma at A-25, Mohan Co-operative, Industrial Estate, IInd Floor, New Delhi) in the Month of April.

I hereby request you to take the matter appropriately.
