Calling at least 10 times in a day

I have 2 citi credit cards out of which one is active. As soon as the bill is generated reminder calls start coming with regards to the due date and amount to be paid. If its once its accepted its 10 times in a day and if you do not pick up the cell no the next call is immediately on the residence landline number.morning 9 am this starts and ends at around 5.30 pm. I got so pissed off with these calls i decided i will not make any payment bcoz of this harrasment. They started callin me for payment as early as 7.45 am. And it was not once in a day i spoke on the same number to minaxi, minal, madhura, bharati, sophiya and 2-3 more cud not remember the names. I told them send someone to pick up th payment bu tstill in vain calls kept on coming in. And when asked they said it is auto dial system.

I'm really fed up. I was sleeping in the morning at 7.45 when the phone bell rings infact my parents were also sleeping what kind of ridiculous service is this i did not pick the cell so immediate call on landline. The bank is anyways charging me late payment, finance charge, service tax, 40% interest still the harrasment calls are not over. Citibank services are bad. I think i should the Business head in the morning 6 and ask are you sending your person today for collection that would be right stop bothering people so much. I'm planning to make a complaint against these numbers. The number is 022-66427800
