This is to bring to your kind attention that I am holding two credit cards of your bank No.

As you can see I have had this card since 2007 and I have been making my monthly payments on time.
However, since the month of January I have been facing financial difficulties as my organization put me on HR bench & I was not receiving my salary on time.
Due to this my credit card payment became irregular & inconsistent.
Finally, I spoke to Customer service & informed them of my predicament. They told me they had made a note of it & I could make the payment & then call to reverse the late charges;
However, I was unable to make any payment from the month of March/April & I started receiving calls from the collections dept. on a regular basis.
They kept calling me on a daily basis despite the fact that I have told them on numerous ocassions that I am unable to make any payment at this point of time. I have requested for some more time from them but despite that they always call me & I am experiencing a tremendous stress due to their pressure tactics.
This is not the kind of treatment I expect from a reputed bank like yours to a customer who has never defaulted on her payments in the past & has informed about the unfortunate circumstances which led to my payments being delayed.
I do understand that I have to pay sooner or later or else my credit score will be affected; however, at this stage I am unable to make any payment as I do not have any funds.
I will be grateful if you would kindly act upon my request as I do not want to be bothered again by these executives from different collection agencies. They are uncouth, rude & totally unprofessional.
I would appreciate if you kindly grant me a month or two for making my payment, as I do not want to negotiate a settlement at this juncture; I firmly believe that I would be able to clear my dues in the near future provided I get the adequate co-operation from you.
