Cleared dues are still on CIBIL

Dear sir,

I had a citibank gold credit card no 4385879827807003 by the name of Pritesh M Pethani bill add:98-99 Sant Tukaram 3, Nr Vanita park, Ghod dod Surat. GUJARAT.I have made a complete payment of the dues but have not received any letter and still dues has not been cleared from CIBIL.
