Citibank NA
Fees for making Cash Deposit in my own Savings account

I hold a Suvidha Saving account with Citibank (A/C No 5059921551). I am not able to make cash deposits in my own account in the home branch of the account or any other branch of Citibank because the bank levies a charge of Rs 100 service tax even if it the customer walking into the bank to make a cash deposit. I have tried writing to the RBI Ombudsman but the website there isn't functioning too well. Please look into this as this is the most absurd charge in banking history that I have come across
