I GOT A CITIBANK WORLD MONEY CARD FROM KOLKATA TO MAKE IT USE IN THE UK DURING MY STUDY. AS IT TAKES TIME TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNTE IN THE UK, MY PARENTS PUT THE ACCOMODATION FEE IN MY WORLD MONEY CARD. I DIDNT HAVE ANOTHER CARD TO USE HERE. I GOT CONFIRMATION OF THE AMOUNT RELOADED. BUT COULDNOT WITHDRAW A SINGLE PENNY FROM ANY OF THE CASH POINTS. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN, THEY ASKED ME TO SEND THE SELF-SIGNED COPY OF MY PASSPORT. I DID THAT TOO. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME UP. BUT NO REPLY TILL DATE. EVERYTIME WHEN I CALL THE NO ITZ A NEW GUY IN THE CALL CENTRE, I AM TO EXPLAIN IT AGAIN. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND SCARED TOO IN A TOTALLY FORIEGN COUNTRY. I CAN'T CONCENTRATE PROPERLY IN MY STUDIES HERE. ITZ NOT A MATTER OF JOKE. A HUGE AMOUNT IS THERE IN THE CARD, AND MY PARENTS ARE NOT BILLIONARE.
