We have purchased your 1.5Ton Split A/C from M/S S.A.Sales and service 964/1, Tulsipur, Noor Ullah Road Kareli, Allahabad -211003.ContrACT No. 0532-3245386.From the first day it is not giving the cooling even it is attended by the dealer mechanic by 5-6 times. However no improvenet found and we are suffering due to your product. Hence you are requested to replace the defective product.
