Wrong charging of late payment penalty and late payment charges

I have remmited amount due on my subject card on due date but in February, 08 amount of DD sent by me was not credited timely by the bank. On my representation late fee was reversed on 3rd March, 08 but interest wrongly debited amounting Rs.734.12 and service tax Rs 179.71 is not refunded by the bank.further in month of March, 08 due amount was sent timely but bank debited late payment fee and service tax thereon Rs.341.44.

Despite my letter Dt.9th April, 08 bank is not responding at all.

I have never defaulted in any due payment in past.
