Non refund of last EMI as per scheme

I had availed citifinance loan for 2 wheeler in apr'05. the procecedure was done through sai service, bajaj, at borivili (east).

Although i got delivery of vehicle, yet i am still to get any documentation/proof of the said loan. i was told that i would receive a courier detailing the agreement for the loan as well as a statement of emi's etc. so far i have absolutely no documents whatsoever.

i require detailed statements of the said loan and agreement copy for tax purposes, and also for my record.

please issue the same to me at earliest
