Dear Sir,
This is compalint regarding credit card statement, which is showing the finace charges leived on statement eventhough, i haven't got the statement timely, if credit card statement is not reaching timely with customer so how can hsbc put the finance charges on statement.
i have paid the actual amount of credit card, but i will not pay the finance and late charges. because it's not my fault, hsbc should improve their service instaed of giving the headache to customer.
pls rectify this problem and close this.
