Not working

Dear Sir,

Our telephone 040-27247447 is not working since long time.

Even we have broadband also. that is also not working.

I lodged the compliant on 198 but they call and says that is the phone is working. at that time it works but lot of noice is coming and we cant hear other person voice.

Pl request u to resolve this issue at the earlist.
