Our consignment no. is 216212175 and we give the courier to the blazeflash courier on 12th nov.2008 and the address written on envelope was absolutely correct but the courier is not delievered till 19th nov'2008. and not return to us. it is very urgent courier for us. but they said to us when we call at blazeflash office that the address is incomplete although before two times the courier had delievered at the same address.so we need explanation by your side other wise we will go to the consumer court.
