On card being lost and on being informed that the cheque is not being received with lot of difficulties I got the card blocked and paid the entire amount after finding out more than 1 and half month back, but other day I was informed it is active and showing the debit balance of more than 3000- I am failed to understand of the behaviour of your officials and the info your bank after taking all precuations and even reporting about the same.
I request the needful may be done.
