City Courier Services-Newdelhi, Lost Parcel
Lost my Parcel through City Courier Services

My Courier was sent from Ranchi on 19th Oct and

the Delivery Date mentioned in the Courier Service center

is 27/10 at Gurgaon Office. It was a parcel which had 7

items and was delivered to the recipient in TCS Gurgaon. But I didn't

get any call/ parcel from them. According to them it was

delivered/dispatched in Tower A-TCS, 3rd Floor, DLF Phase-3,

Building No 6, BUT I was mentioned Tower C TCS, 3rd Floor,

DLF Phase-3, Building No 6 . So it was wrongly delivered at different Tower.

When I contacted local Courier service center to inquire

about my parcel, they are saying your Parcel has been delivered.

It was complete misunderstanding by Courier Service about address.

When I was asking about Proof of receipt Letter then they

were saying we will send the person today anytime.

But no one came from their Offices as usual they are delaying this.

This is totally ridiculous and frustrating about this CITY COURIER Service.

I request the consumer forum to bring this to the notice of concerned

people and sort out the problem ASAP.

Keeping this in view, Please do not trust any Private courier services.
