When we will receive the money back

I have invested in City Limozine scheme but the cheque got bounced. Then

I received a letter to attend the meeting which was held at wilson college. Also it was mentioned that the investor would get the return at 7% interest as per RBI norms. Kindly tell me when will it be disbursed.
