Sir, I have invested Rs.1, 28, 000/- in city realcom/limousines in the year 2009 and the same year, the company found to be fraud. i could only recover Rs.8800/- against my first cheque and other 5 cheques have bounced back. Yes, i know the judicial system of our country and the judgement meted to the small investors. Still i would like to know, if there is little hope to get back at least the principal amount, so that i am out of my debt. please let me know.
