I have invested about 15 lac in city real com a sister company of city Limouzins India to get monthly returns from them. Up to August we have received money as agreed by them and as per the agreement. Suddenly their PDC started bouncing and we are in Panic. While inquiry we understand that Govt. had lodged some cases upon them under EOW & FERA. They have conducted meeting of Investors like me on 14th but the said meeting ended with no concrete decision as the meeting was illegal as per Police. As promise by companies Advocate their Office was to open after Diwali but till date not opened. We Investors are very much in tension and no body knows when they are going to open the Office and start the business as promised by their Advocate. Moreover the contact number given by Advocate is always either switched off or not reachable. No body is attending to our complaints. Since Bankers are after us for defaulter in their EMIs, We have no any other solution than to commit suicide.
Under the circumstances we do not know to whom we should approach for Justice and to get back our Hard Money. In this regard we humbly request you to guide us and help us in getting justice
